He is an accomplished executive with international experience in process improvement, project & project portfolio acceleration, high reliability organization, supply chain management, corporate and manufacturing executive direction, profit and loss accountability, and operational leadership within high-growth operations.

Curtis Doucette
Curtis Doucette is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer of Sharp Focus Inc. He has worked in a variety of consulting, venture capital, and entrepreneurial roles throughout his career. In these roles, he has evaluated and developed innovative business concepts and execution plans for private equity, investment bank, and technology start-up companies.

Subject Matter Expert & AdviserPeter Schaedel
Peter Schaedel is a Subject Matter Expert and Adviser for Sharp Focus and President of Compass Management Services LLC, with over 40 years of experience in the design, operation, and management of LNG vessels and marine terminals. He has 13 years of seagoing experience on LNG carriers, including service as Chief Engineer, and later led the development of ISO 9002– and ISM Code–certified quality and safety systems for a major LNG operator. Peter has extensive experience across Moss-Rosenberg, SPB, and membrane containment systems and holds valid USCG Chief Engineer and Third Mate licenses with LNG cargo endorsements.

Kim Estes is a Subject Matter Expert and Adviser for Sharp Focus with a distinguished career spanning maritime engineering, corporate leadership, and global consulting. A graduate of the California Maritime Academy, he served as a Chief Engineer in the U.S. Merchant Marine before holding senior executive roles at Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) and BP, including Vice President–level leadership in environmental, health, safety, sustainability, and security. Kim is now a global consultant focused on corporate culture, communication, leadership development, and crisis management across multiple industries.
Machine Learning Researcher & ConsultantDeniz Koyuncu
Deniz Koyuncu, PhD, is a machine learning researcher and consultant specializing in both the theory and practical deployment of modern ML systems. He earned his PhD in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2024, where he studied adversarial attacks and data quality in machine learning. His work spans deep learning, causal inference, click-through rate prediction, time-series analysis, and generative models, combining strong mathematical foundations with hands-on engineering. In his consulting, he focuses on applying large language models in safety-critical domains.
